Questionnaire report:

1question: Monetizing a social education concept

2question: General idea
First 'connected' online/informal tool to spread "social consciousness" to the world. Aiming to address social problems and teach how we (individuals, groups, companies, institutions, churches etc.) can drive practical change into forming a more equitable society.

Current Competition
At the moment there are websites that deal with these matters, from social media platforms to websites with resources and even training modules, there are podcasts, actual personalities that stand for particular injustice issues. Also Universities and Tafes offer Sociology as a coarse. But pre-schools, primary schools do not offer these types of studies.

Challenges
From high school onward, it is the individuals choice to study these subjects, but even then it is limited. They seldom select this because no one really understands the world they are in, only what they 'system' focuses them on.

Educational tools around sociology that practically apply to everyday life are important because it impacts our day to day life.

"Education must not just teach work, it must teach Life" -WEB Du Bois (famous African American Sociologist"

Context

Sociology is ' the study of the development, structure, and functioning of human society. Namely
the study of social problems and the historical context of where they stem from. Sociology looks to breakdown social problems by educating people on how to deal with and change their practices (individually, groups, institutions, corporations etc.) to drive practical social change and fix these problems.

3question: 2

4question: This is just an idea. I want to avoid making this a hobby, by initially seeing how and if it can be monetized. Also wanting to know how to approach & structure this. Best way to enter the market in terms of the tool - Should it be an App? a Website? maybe just a youtube channel?

What market am I currently playing? What is the best market to play in?

5question: I see 4 target markets wishing to use our tool for social learning but in a fun/informal way, to aid the fight for injustice, to understand social issues and how they can drive the change. Segment 1 & 2 would be my initial focus.

1. Parents & Carers of Children
- targeting children aged 0-12 (Unstructured, simple and entertaining home learning)

2. Adult individuals
- targeting 15 plus with unstructured, entertaining, simple personal learning.

3. Schools & Educational Institutions
- Pre-Schools - Targeting structured curriculum for children aged 3-6
- Primary Schools
- High-Schools
- Universities

4. Companies & Government Institutions
- Inclusion & diversity strategies

6question: We are on a miss to bring to light the social challenges of the world and provide easy to use, entertaining tools that individuals, groups, companies, institutions and charities can use to drive change for a fairer society for all.

7question: We are on a miss to bring to light the social challenges of the world and provide easy to use, entertaining tools that individuals, groups, companies, institutions and charities can use to drive change for a fairer society for all.

8question: 1. Identify what this is, how to monetize it.
2. Create the business
3. Marketing & awareness campaigns

9question: Building brand awareness

10question: Idea conceptualization.
What is it? What market is the business in? How do I make money from it?

11question: Create high quality leads

A quick guide on how to onboard
Your personal page will provide you with all the needed information to onboard a hired talent.

This section is designed to quickly guide you on task allocations, progress and to keep you updated with any changes.

Many companies now rely on outsourcing as contributors. The gig economy is the workforce of the future, but brands don’t always know how to effectively integrate these new teammates.

Bad onboarding processes are of course not on purpose. No one earns anything from new hires that stumbles on the way into your company. When it goes wrong it is usually because the company underestimates the need for seamless onboarding system, or that the onboard simply isn't timely and won't work as intended. When you think of how all of us know the feeling of being welcomed properly is so important. That applies whether it's in a new class in school, in the locker room at your new sports club or in your new workplace.
You will benefit greatly if this is done properly.

Access Onboarding system
Hired talent needs to know about your company’s history, mission, and vision. When you work with outsourcing companies, you can’t assume they’ll instantly know the nuances of your business. The first step you should take is educating talents on these core details.

We recommend not to have a long oral presentation for the hired talent onboarding if you are a regular user of Snipeet Hire platform. Oral onboarding can be resource-demanding, you can give them access to your digital pre-onboarding program.  If you don’t have one, we can help you set-up. tap Request for assistance.

Talent can take the digital onboarding when it fits in their calendar, and they can easily go back during the project and follow up on information about your company if need be.

Visual digital onboarding is easier to comprehend. So, talent is knowledgeable about your company it’s need anchored. Besides, it is effective that the talent has your values and vision at back of their minds during the project.
Technology, File Sharing, Internal Programs
All technical need must be completely in order before a talent begins working for you. it can be frustrating if a project has been started and then it quickly drowns in administrative delays. Make sure to approve and give access to all your communication channels, programs, and file sharing systems before project start.

When a talent has access to your internal message system, it will be easier to ask questions about the project and vice versa you can also easily share updates about the project and make sure that the talent is up to speed.

Matching of expectations is also important for the talent. It is a good idea to collect all the relevant documents about the project in your file sharing system, which the talent gets access to.

This makes the talent able to easily follow up on e.g. the timeline for the project, which partners need to be included during and which programs the talent can use to solve special aspects of the task.
Consequences of NOT Onboarding talent
Hired talent to a higher degree need onboarding than permanent employees, as they often don’t have the possibility of popping in at the manager with questions. If a talent doesn’t have proper knowledge about the project or a good grip of your values and needs of a company, there will, therefore, be a bigger risk of him/her making mistakes.

Besides, talent can potentially create a crisis for your company, if they don’t live up to your rules when it comes to everything from complying with the GDPR regulation to your internal ethical set of rules.

Remember also that outsourced talent who work for you will also reflect your brand publicly. If they don’t have a good grip of your values and don’t feel particularly loyal to you, there is a risk of them speaking negatively about you to potential customers or create misunderstandings that can hurt your brand. In that sense, you might want to look into offboarding too.
