No, as a global marketplace we ensure all talents on Snipeet speaks and writes fluent English. We also work with a partner translator. in place All talents are vetted to tackle domain-specific test. we conduct lengthy interviews to ensure they have a high level of proficiency in English and have personalities well-suited to working with western technical teams.

Geography

Snipeet is a global marketplace, we have talents across 100 countries.

The vast majority of Snipeet talent work remotely from their home office or a co-working space.

Having talent work in a physical office isn’t our core but if this is a mandatory requirement, we can work with you to organize.

Intellectual Property

Snipeet is a managed marketplace all work carried out by Snipeet talent are the property of the our client.

Snipeet enters into agreements the moment you sign an NDA. This covers every talent that works on the Snipeet marketplace.

Task

The cost of delivery a project depends on the complexity of the task, Clients can indicate their budget on their project brief. Snipeet talent will provide task estimation prior to the project been approved.
Snipeet offers other methods of payment depending on the services:
- Development as a Service (Daas) allows the opportunity to build your software product with its vast talent pool at your own pace and budget regardless of what stage of development your project is with a few clicks provided it aligns with Snippet minimum weekly spend. - Snipeet Subscription model gives the opportunity to explore our consultation services by choosing to either work on idea conceptualization, product development, marketing, or sales systems. we have 3 types of subscriptions Learn more.

Hire

Snipeet offers one off, short- and long-term hire service.

If you’re not satisfied with the talent allocated to you, we will allocate a new talent. Snipeet team will investigate why this was the case. Snipeet allows clients to explore no-trial period up to two separate hires. If still unsatisfied with the second talent allocation Snipeet team will investigate rigorously the re-occurrence. If the fault is on us, this means our product isn’t a fit for your project and we are happy for you to explore other options.

We understand onboarding a new talent can be a tedious process. We make sure to start each new client engagement with a No-risk trial period. Client will have time to help ensure talent onboarding process is successful. If you’re completely satisfied with the results, we’ll bill you for the time and continue the engagement for as long as you’d like. If you’re not completely satisfied, we will allocate a new talent. Snipeet team will investigate why this was the case.

Bond

The bond is paid back to Client when the job is completed and invoice amount is paid, provided no money is owed for any service.

Once we receive a notice of Claim from your client dashboard and you'll receive your refund within 2 working days.

The Snipeet bond is a form of financial protection in case there is a breach of the payment agreement and is used to cover any costs for which the client may be liable if a talent has been allocated to start a task.

You will generally pay 1-60% of the value of the task been carried out.
